Fun (but possibly weird) fact: I enjoy setting up tablescapes. Even though I don’t normally do them that often, I’ve put two together (here and here) in the past week. Now I’m afraid I won’t be able to stop!
Today I’m popping in just to let you know that my post on how to create a Rustic Charm Tablescape is now live on the HomeGoods Design Happy blog.
As I mentioned in my Summer Home Tour this week, in this latest post I’m sharing five tips for creating a tablescape in the rustic charm style. I also talk a little about what this style means to me since it has become so popular in recent years.
This was a super fun post to create. I was able to use new things I found at HomeGoods (these mint green ceramic berry baskets and galvanized plate chargers) as well as some old favorites, including my gold flatware and woven table runner.
While it might not be “traditional” rustic charm, it was pure pleasure to put an IBC twist on this decorating style. Head on over to Design Happy by clicking here for all of the details plus more pictures of my Rustic Charm Tablescape.

Hi,
Could you tell please tell me where you found the napkins/tea towels used in this post? I cannot stop thinking about them!
Thanks!
They were from Anthropologie a few years ago. I’m not sure they have the exact same ones, but they tend to carry ones like it.

Of course! I should have known. Thanks so much!
Great table scene! Where did you get your galvanized cake stand?
