Over There

For those of you that asked for MORE from me on the recent IBC Reader Survey, I wanted to share two quick links with you.

Over on HomeGoods Blog, Design Happy, I’m talking about my obsession with white dishes and why I love them so.

HomeGoods and Inspired by Charm

You can check that out here.

Then, on BHG’s Delish Dish blog, I’m sharing a super simple idea (no baking required) for summer desserts. They are individual berry parfaits that are completely customizable. They can serve one to a crowd! So fun.

Michael, these are so cute! Do you have a source for the glassware with the bubbly look? Thanks.

Lynn – They are from a company called TAG. I used to sell the line in my shop. They are great glasses, but are recommended to be hand washed (hate that). I still put them in the dishwasher, but a few of the bottoms broke off. Oops! Haha.

Hi Michael! I have almost bought those shelf brackets/corbels at Home Depot a million times. I was wondering how you attached them to the wall and the shelf. It looks like you pile a lot of goodness on to your shelf and it hasn’t come crashing down yet. I’m fearful of a dish avalanche. Thanks!

627 calories? Still, it won’t stop me, haha. I’ll skip the angel food cake, double the fruit (maybe add some blackberries), and call it dinner. Or breakfast. 🙂

Gorgeous berry trifles with beautiful presentation in glasses! Simple, classy, and decadent.
