Thanks to Staples for sponsoring today’s post!
One of my favorite things about the holidays is spreading cheer throughout my home. No surface is safe. Seriously, there’s no such thing as too much color, tinsel, lights, or glitter. As Ina Garten would say “Who wouldn’t love that?”
After traveling quite a bit recently, I’m back home and settled in again for the remainder of the year. It’s now time to turn on the Christmas tunes and transform my home into a little holiday heaven. I’m starting in the office.
When I posted recently about my holiday cards, I told you that I’ve joined my friends at Staples on their 2014 Holiday Council. As the Lifestyle Expert, I have the pleasure of sharing ideas and beautiful ways to celebrate the season. So I was super excited to learn that Cynthia Rowley recently teamed up with Staples for a beautiful new home office collection.
I got my hands on a few of the products and have had fun incorporating them into my holiday office decor.
There are two different themes in Cynthia Rowley’s fashion-inspired collection. The first theme is this floral.
Sometimes floral can go wrong, but this is oh-so right! The deep navy background makes the flowers pop. Plus, there are gold accents here and there. (You know that is right up my alley.)
Paired with holiday ornaments and a tree, the collection works beautifully for the season.
The other theme in the collection is all about gold!
Okay, first things first. Can we talk about the matte gold mini stapler? Dying. All I want for Christmas is a matte gold mini stapler. As Cynthia Rowley says, “If you love your workspace, you’ll love your work a little more.”
The rest of the collection is just as stunning. Every office needs storage space, and these Gold Abstract document boxes are perfect for filing away mail or all of those holiday shopping receipts.
Matching pencil cups, notebooks, and a pencil sharpener complete the set.
I also think the entire Cynthia Rowley collection would make an outstanding gift for the holidays. (Seriously, I’m giving everyone a gold stapler.) There’s a little bit of everything including pouches, organizers, notepads, staplers, … the list goes on.
Now, my only problem is deciding which theme I want to adorn my office this season. Since I love both, I’ll probably use a combination. How about you? Will you go gold or keep it colorful?
