it’s been a long day. i’ve been working since 5am. it’s now 9:15pm and i’m finally done. so i need to keep this short and simple.
remember my guest post from a while ago? i made apple turnovers.
well i had some extra blueberries (and no apples) so this morning i made blueberry turnovers. i just substitued the apple for blueberry. elminated the cinnamon. and used white sugar instead of brown.
they were so yummy. i just reheated one that was leftover and i’m eating it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream (while watching reruns of the office on tbs.) life is good.
what’s your favorite type of turnover?

I honestly don’t think I’ve ever had a turnover. But, they look delicious.
