I’m sure I’ve told you that I am not a reader. What I am, however, is a collector of books. As I packed up my home in St. Marys a few weeks ago, I boxed up a couple hundred books. And while I tried my best to donate or leave some behind, I could only part with a few.

Because I don’t spend a lot of time reading, much of my collection consists of cookbooks, entertaining books, and styling/home interior books. I suppose that makes sense given my profession. There’s also something about physical books that instantly brings me joy. They hold so much possibility and inspiration. Knowing a few friends/bloggers who have written books, I’m likewise aware of how much time, effort, and heart goes into them.

Yesterday, I was scrolling through my Amazon orders in search of something else when I noticed that a handful of books I had pre-ordered would be arriving this spring. Because I’m always interested in what others are reading and loving, I thought I’d give you a rundown of new books for spring that I’m most excited about.
