mini frittatas
These look sooooooooo good and really elegant too!!
These mini frittatas look positively charming, not to mention enticing. I adore the sleek white tray they’re on and the copper salt and pepper shakers in the background. Whatever lens you used for this photograph worked so well. I adore the photo, composition and subject matter.
Yum! Those look delicious! If you’re willing to bring some blueberry muffins to Denmark, I’d be glad to cook you anything you wanted.
Oh man, those look delicious! I might just have to make them tomorrow! 🙂
I have an open guest room, fresh eggs from Miss Eff, and a boat load of spinach in the garden right now. It’s not that far from PA to IA…just hop in the car now Loo Who, you’ll be here by the AM. 😉
Gorgeous! I know what I am going to try to make tomorrow 🙂
Wow, they look great…where’s the recipe? I’m hungry! 😉
These with ham, cheddar, green pepper and onion are a regular thing around my house. Sometimes we make them by lining the muffin tin with a slice of ham and putting the egg, cheese and veggies inside. Yum!
