Here’s what you will need:
1 cup flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbls melted butter
1/2 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup butter milk
1/4 cup white chocolate chips, chopped (I recommend the Ghirardelli chips)
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
Begin by making your batter. Mix all your dry ingredients into a large bowl. Set aside. Then mix all your wet ingredients in a medium bowl. Add your wet ingredients to your dry ingredients. Mix until just combined.
Then carefully stir in the chopped white chocolate chips and blueberries.
Ladle into your griddle of choice and cook until golden brown.
*To adjust this recipe for pancakes instead of using 3/4 cups buttermilk, use 1/2 cup buttermilk and 1/2 cup whole milk.
