Here’s what you will need:

1 cup pineapple juice
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup honey
1 tablespoon sriracha
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 pounds chicken, cubed
3 bell peppers (red, orange, and yellow), cubed
1 medium red onion, cubed
2 cups fresh pineapple, cubed
Grilling skewers

In a bowl, whisk together the pineapple juice, soy sauce, honey, sriracha, and garlic powder. Add in cubed chicken, cover, and marinate for 2-3 hours.

Once marinated, thread the chicken, pineapple, peppers, and onions on grilling skewers, alternating the items.

Heat your grill to medium-high. Lightly oil the grill grates and then place the kabobs on the grill. Cover and cook over medium-high heat for 12-15 minutes (or until the chicken is fully cooked), turning once during the cooking process.
