Here’s what you will need:
1/2 cup Quaker Quick 1-Minute Oats
1 cup water (or milk)
Pinch of salt
Splash of pure almond extract
1-2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/4 cup fresh cherries, pitted and quartered
2 tablespoons sliced almonds

Begin by combining the oats, water (or milk), salt, and almond extract in a medium microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 1 1/2 – 2 minutes. Stir.

Top with brown sugar, cherries, and almonds. (Use as much or as little of these ingredients as you like to create your best bowl.) Enjoy!
