Here’s what you’ll need:
1 package Hillshire Farm Lit’l Smokies
1 can (8 oz.) crescent rolls
1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles
Buffalo Dipping Sauce
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
6 tablespoons buffalo wing sauce
4 tablespoons blue cheese crumbles
Begin by preheating your oven to 350 degrees F.
Open the can of crescent rolls. Using the perforations on the dough, divide into 8 triangles. Cut each triangle, lengthwise, into three pieces.
On the larger end of the triangle place a Lit’l Smokie and add a little of the blue cheese crumbles to either side. Carefully roll up the dough around the Lit’l Smokie and the blue cheese crumbles. Then, place them on a cookie sheet about 1 inch apart.
Bake 15 -18 minutes until golden brown.
For the Buffalo Dipping Sauce, combine all ingredients in a medium sized bowl. Whisk until smooth and well blended.
