With Mother’s Day less than two weeks away, I thought it would be a good idea to pull together a few of my favorite ideas to help you create a perfect Mother’s Day. While there are lots of places to buy fabulous gifts for mom, I’m all about homemade touches for this very special and meaningful holiday. A homemade gift, whether it’s a craft or something delicious from the oven, is a delightful way to show your mom or any special mother in your life how much she means to you.
The past couple years I’ve baked up something sweet for my own dear mom. I’ve included those ideas below plus a few other personalized projects and goodies that I think would make a wonderful Mother’s Day present! Hope you enjoy this inspiration-inducing round up.
Want to impress Mom? Try this totally fancy and wonderfully delicious Nutella Bread.
Like to keep things simple but sweet? This Cinnamon and Sugar Cake is sure to do the trick.
Want to give something green? This stunning succulent garden bowl would be perfect.
Or if you prefer something even more minimal, consider this cactus tabletop garden.
Get your craft on with this hand painted dot table runner.
Or add a splash of color to mom’s coffee table with these wool felt ball coasters.
You can never go wrong with a beautiful bouquet – flowers from the grocery story in a blue mason jar.

Okay, just a few more sweets. I love Apple Crostata.. Try this rustic recipe I created for Harry & David for a delicious treat.

No matter how you spend Mother’s Day, have a happy one!
