I too have a fear of yeast. I need to click on yer link but that looks like Pull Apart bread. Delicious looking. Soldier on you brave guy you! Now I have to tackle it too. (and I have had My So-Called Freelance Life on my bookshelf for far too long and need to read it, so glad it looks good!)
