this is the longest and probably the most creative parties i’ve ever been a part of. i love it! this week over at kim’s, she dared us to eat cookies. not that anyone really needs to dare me to eat cookies, i’m happy to eat cookies any time!

i haven’t started my holiday baking, but i did want to make some treats for my customers coming into the shoppe. who doesn’t like to be welcomed with a treat, right?

so i whipped up some of the easiest, creamiest and most delicious fudge. honestly this fudge should be a sin it’s that good.

so you only need three ingredients. yeah, that’s it! one bag of white chocolate candy melts (14 oz). one bag of milk chocolate candy melts (14 oz). and one jar creamy peanut butter (14 oz). i got my candy melts at joann fabrics.

simply put all three ingredients in a double broiler. i used a glass bowl and sauce pan.

heat until everything is melted and smooth.

then pour into a 8×8 square baking pan,  lick your spatula and pop the pan into the refrigerator until hard.

cut, serve and enjoy! i topped my with some sugar candies i found at the grocery store for some added holiday cheer!

thanks for another fun party kim!

So pretty Michael! And oh, so delicious looking. I must add you are a genius…everytime a recipe asks for a double boiler I succumb and dig out my old rat trap double boiler…I never would have thought to just put a bowl over a pot!! Thanks for the inspiration, as always.

WOW I can do that!!!! You have broken the mold… what man likes to do this kind of thing!? I am going to do them this week!!

That is too easy! I have all that stuff already. Since I just knocked out S’more cupcakes, fudge will be tomorrows treat.

These look so yummy, Michael. My grandma used to make the yummiest fudge, but I’ve never tried it.

Thanks for linking up this week.

Those are beautiful, Michael. I love the candies on top. 🙂 I’m making a batch of my grandma’s fudge for Christmas. Fudge is definitely special, and I’m sure your guests appreciated the gesture. 🙂

That looks DELISH! I’ve been looking for a good (and more importantly easy!) fudge recipe. I’ll definitely have to try this one out!

This looks amazing. I have only made the microwave variety of fudge, but may have to conquer my candy making fears and give this recipe a run.

Licking the spoon was soo good!! And I may have added some vanilla ab for good measure!! haha and a lot of peanut butter! What can I say I love me some peanut butter!

Hi Michael, I tried your recipe….it is soooo easy & very yummy, thank you!

I absolutely love your website, ideas, and style! However, this one is a no-go for me: those candy melts are LOADED with trans-fats, which are HORRIBLE for our bodies. Most Americans don’t know this, but trans-fats are BANNED in all of Europe!! Sorry everyone… maybe there’s a different option?

Mmmmm looks so good! I really want to make these, but I can’t find chocolate melts anywhere. Is it possible to replace the melts with regular milk chocolate chip and white chocolate chips?

  • alice at

Can you use marshmallow cream instead of peanut butter?

    • Michael Wurm, Jr. at

      I don’t think so.

      xo Michael
