Another month of 2014 has passed! Where is the time going?Today I’m back with September in a Nutshell! Since many of you seemed to enjoy / appreciate the August recap, I thought it was something I should continue. With Fall Cookie Week and so much more, September was a busy month here on IBC!

Home Decor Ideas via Inspired by Charm

Around the house I accomplished a few projects. In the kitchen, I got organized with my DIY Peg Board. I also updated some wall decor in my upstairs hallway with these DIY Picture Ledges. And I finished painting my basement stairwell. I welcomed fall with a few other projects including my painted gourds, restyled bookcases in my office, and a quick guide on making grocery store flowers look fabulous. Finally, and most notably, I shared my Fall Home Tour with you.

In the kitchen, I tried some new dishes. I experiemented with pasta and created this One Pan Chicken Apple Sausage Pasta as well as some Antipasto Kabobs. And there were some fall-inspired treats including my take on Pumpkin Bars and a delicious Caramel Apple Pie Martini.
