seriously. you guys are amazing! i honestly can’t say it enough. i am beyond thrilled and totally humbled that over 300 people are following inspiredbycharm.

so thank you. beyond all words i could say, thank you. it really means the world to me.

so as a little way of showing my thanks i wanted to do a special giveaway. i just received some new mugs that i ordered for the bed and breakfast so i thought this would be the perfect thing.

Inspired By Charm

and to make it a little extra special, i’m including a lavender candle from zum and one of my favorite styles of bracelets from viva beads. i know it’s an odd combination but i was thinking you could relax with the hot beverage of your choice in your mug as the scent of lavender fills the room while remaining quite glamorous. and gentleman, should you win, you can do the same. i don’t judge. (or it could make a nice gift for a special woman in your life.)

so as with most of my giveaways … here’s how this works.

to enter the giveaway, leave a comment below telling me your favorite song. (either of the moment or of all time … i love finding new music!)

to enter again post about this giveaway (with a link back here) on your blog, facebook or twitter. then paste the link into another comment.

that’s four ways to enter people!

you can comment through monday, jaunary 24th at 11:59 PM.  after that two, yes you heard me right, TWO names will be selected at random. i will announce the winner sometime tuesday.

so good luck. and thank you again. you are all amazing!

Favourite song? Of all time? Well only because of cherished memories of my teenage years I’d have to say WOOD BEEZ by Scritti Politti. And the song I’m listening to a lot right now is Evelyn by The Hurts. Such a powerful, dramatic song. BTW Love the mugs and how you’ve paired them with the Zum candle. So darn well co-ordinated and stylish. Px

Hmmmm. My favorite song. That’s a tough. I’m a bit of an old sould when it comes to music, so I would have to say Either Sound of Silence by Simon & Garfunkle, or You can close your eyes by James Taylor. See, I told you, do those sound like favorite songs of an almost 32 year old “young” lady?? Oh well, not changing my mind, those are my picks πŸ™‚

Right now, I’m into Boston’s “More Than a Feeling” and Queen’s “It’s a Kind of Magic.” Perhaps with spring feeling a bit far away, I’m trying to get hope and optimism through music. Something is just around the corner, I can feel it…

Favorite song. This is a toughie.

I think I would have to go with “You’ve Got a Friend,” but the version sung by Carole King. I think there’s something to a song when it is sung by the person who penned it. It reminds me, for some reason, of summer drives with my mom, singing at the top of our lungs with the windows rolled down.

    Also: Those curtains are faboo.

Oh wow, this is crazy hard. I can’t say I have an all time favorite. I have tons of favorites and they all depend on the time in my life. I will mention one here that will add a little interest to the mix I have seen posted so far, “He Stopped Loving Her Today”, but the amazingly talented Mr. George Jones. How about that! Real country music – it’s good for the soul. πŸ˜‰
