I adore this recipe. Years ago (well three years ago) when I was living in Philadelphia I discovered this recipe in Rachael Ray’s magazine. Which, at the time, I found surprising since she doesn’t really ‘do’ desserts. But, I made it anyway, and I’m glad I did.

Since this really isn’t my recipe you can click here to find it. Turns out its actually not Rachael Rays recipe either.. its from one of her fans. At any rate, it is delicious and super, super easy. Here at Old Charm, I like to serve it with breakfast. The leftovers, if there are any, make a great late night snack when returning back ‘home’ from a busy day with the family, sightseeing or visiting the Elk.

I’m a huge fan of peanut butter and chocolate together, so I’ve also tried this recipe using peanut butter and chocolate chips. It’s sinful.
