About a month ago I shared images of my new Summer Recipe Card Printable and then totally forgot to send out the link so that you could actually print them. Shame on me.

Since it’s now past mid-July, I figured I should finally get this printable out to you.

For the summer design, I opted for a similar layout to the Spring Recipe Card Printable and simply changed the graphics to a more seasonally appropriate cactus and succulent. As before, I was ably assisted by the awesome guys over at Dash Creative. (Which reminds me, they helped with the design of the new little icon for “IBC” which you will see floating around. It’s super cute, right?)

I know that most people don’t use recipe cards very often these days thanks to everything being digitized and the magical land of Pinterest. However, sometimes, I think it’s nice to return to our roots and do things the old-fashioned way.

One of my greatest pleasures in blogging is seeing how other people use, bake, make, tweak, or recreate the things I share here on IBC. So please show me what you do. I would love to see your ideas for using the cards.

Also, I’m thinking about creating this sort of recipe card for fall and winter. If that’s something you’d like, just let me know in the comments.

Enjoy the printable!

  1. These are great! Thanks so much for posting. Would you be able to post a editable version?

I wanted to use these in my recipe book wedding favors!

  2. I enjoy your blog very much. You provide great ideas and recipes; all with photos! Makes changing up a room easy with your ideas. The recipe cards are fun; keep them coming. I collect recipes in a number of formats but love the recipe cards to add to a baked good or dish that I am taking to a friend’s house. Thank you!

  3. These are so pretty! Yes, please do design some for fall and winter! I still use (and love) recipe cards—in addition to notebooks, cookbooks, and digital recipes. They’re also nice to have on hand for gifting (by themselves or for including a recipe with a food gift). How about some ideas for cute and effective ways to store recipe cards—besides standard recipe boxes, which are too small and, well, boring? Thanks for the lovely site!

  4. I do keep many, many recipes in digital format. However, the recipes I seem to treasure most are those that are “real”. I guess it’s old-fashioned, but I like to have a paper copy of my favorites (especially for Thanksgiving and other special occasions).
    Thanks,
